The start

So I have been wanted to start a diet to get back to my original size (6), Not sure if I will get to be that small but its worth a try right!!! So I have been looking into diet plans (liquid) and a friend of the family is doing Optifast. Ok my insurance doesn't cover these diets only a nutrition class yyyyyaaaaawwwwnnnnn. So I am doing the trailer trash way and starting Slimfast. I am starting tomorrow. The reason I am starting is because I know I have been a pretty big girl after having Shock and then not losing the weight and then getting prego with Monster didn't help either. I REALLY realize when I saw a picture of me from a friend this passed weekend. HUGE!!! WHALE!!!!! I am so embarrassed by the way I have let myself go. Not anymore............ November 4th in my start to a new BEGINNING!!!! Wish me luck. Its hard having 4 kids in the house. All that junk but my pictures I am plastering all over the house should help hahahahaha. My poor family hehehehehehe..............................AGAIN WISH ME LUCK
